Ten at the Top has provided leadership in the development of the Born Learning Upstate SC partnership and its focus on shared early education goals across the Upstate region. Ten at the Top fosters the spirit of cooperation and collaboration among public, private and nonprofit leaders from the ten-county Upstate South Carolina Region to enhance the economic vitality, natural and cultural resources and quality of life for Upstate residents.
As a founding partner of Born Learning Upstate SC, United Way Young Philanthropists (YP) members are focused on raising the quality of life for all in our community through philanthropy and action. Through their volunteer support, financial support and advocacy for the importance of early development in a child�s future success, YPs are true examples of what it means to LIVE UNITED.
